- EASY TO USE - Only 2 to 3 inputs are required to generate fully itemized transaction scenarios.
- WORKS WITH REAL TIME DATA – Lender performs a one-time setup of links to wholesale rate sources, and can adjust loan costs and settlement cost estimates.
- THE “WORK BACKWARD” EDGE - THE INTERPRETER is totally unique in its ability to “work backwards” from primary transaction constraints, such as total initial cash, total monthly payment, and seller-paid costs or seller’s required net. Given those constraints, THE INTERPRETER can find the buyer’s maximum purchase power for each loan program.
- STAND ALONE OR COMPANY SUPPORTED OPERATION – Two versions of THE INTERPRETER are available:
- Stand-Alone – This version’s loan program and rate data is supported by the individual loan originator using the highly automated LenderLinQ® wholesale-to-retail rate sheet linking utility. May or may not include REALTOR sub-licensing.
- Company Sponsored – This version’s loan program and rate data is supported centrally by the originator’s employer using the highly automated LenderLinQ® wholesale-to-retail rate sheet linking utility. Includes REALTOR sub-licensing.
- REALTOR SUB-LICENSING – Loan originators can sub-license their tailored version of THE INTERPRETER to their real estate business partners.
- REALTORS capture more buyer and seller business using the superior abilities provided by THE INTERPRETER.
- REALTORS save time computing and changing scenarios during showings and negotiations, and in preparing buyer and seller net sheets!
- REALTORS may transmit purchase scenario data files to the loan originator to obtain a quick advance automated underwriting decision and to assure coordinated transaction estimates.
