The ScenarioLinQ® Business Capture System allows a REALTOR or loan originator user to place "See Cash and Payment Options" links on web listing pages that accept HTML tags.

The six "representative" purchase scenarios are created and updated automatically within THE INTERPRETER. ScenarioLinQ® web pages are created "on the fly" using the uploaded data. To update for current rates or guideline changes, the user simply uploads the data again. Each page upload also appears in House-Payments.com. Consumer requests for the offered services may be fielded by the REALTOR and loan originator.

ScenarioLinQ®, including House-Payments.com, is a premium upgrade available to THE INTERPRETER users who subscribe. ScenarioLinQ® Setup, which creates the scenarios for the web page, is included with THE INTERPRETER, although actual uploading is by subscription. A similar Promotional Flyer may also be created for placement in a listed home’s yard boxes and on kitchen counters.

Although researchers report that over 80% of homebuyers now begin their home search on the web, real estate sales professionals report that less than 30% of their prospects originate from web listing inquiries. It appears that, at the beginning stage of the search at least, the web is providing many with all the information they need.

The entire thrust of E-LinQ’s Business Capture Systems is to create a need or motivation to initiate inquiry at the beginning stage of the home buying process...not necessarily about the web listing they are viewing...but rather about their means, i.e.; how they will actually accomplish their goal of purchasing a home.
