sub-license for a qualifying real
estate industry referral partner
for advertising and communication
purposes. THE INTERPRETER's pages
display a footer advertisement
shared by the loan originator and
sub-licensee. The sub-license is
subject to the loan originator's
continued participation. The loan
originator who sponsors a
sub-licensee has the right to cancel
a sub-license
and may direct the transfer of
unexpired sub-licenses.
